Gavin is a GP in Swindon and has run the QOF database website since 2004. He has written guides on almost every aspect of QOF, most recently for Pulse Intelligence. He is also the author of “Starting SNOMED” a guide to Snomed CT and is a researcher with the Clinical Informatics and Health Outcomes research group at the University of Oxford. @qofdatabase
