| Biography |
Helen is a Medical Doctor, Nutritionist and Coach. As a former GPwSI she is now working as a Nutritionist and Coach specialising in supporting Neurodivergent women, to harness the power of Nutrition and Lifestyle. Alongside this, she is a Freelance trainer for the National Autistic Training Program for NHS England, founded by Anna Freud and AT-Autism. You might have seen her on the telly as a Media Medic, most recently on Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped and Steph’s Packed Lunch, and as the spokesperson for NHS campaigns.
