With nearly 20 years’ GP experience, Lisa is a salaried GP in Islington and has been deputy CEO of Londonwide LMCs since 2016. Londonwide LMCs is the clinically-led independent voice of general practice in London, supporting and representing GPs through 27 elected Local Medical Committees.
A former volunteer GP, now joint Vice-President of Doctors of the World UK, she also works to empower excluded people/communities to their right to healthcare.
Lisa has a commissioning background as CCG Chairman and PCT Director of Commissioning, and has also worked as an NHS England national clinical lead.
Undertaking her pre-clinical studies and intercalated degree, ’Disease, Society and Sexuality’ at Cambridge University, Lisa graduated with her primary medical qualification from Oxford University.
