| Biography |
May qualified from the National University of Ireland, Galway, has lived in London since 1986 and has been a GP in City and Hackney since 1988.
She retired from 30 years of Partnership at London Fields Medical Centre in 2019 but resumed working in a sessional capacity in A&E at the Homerton Hospital and at LFMC from February 2020.
She has held numerous clinical leadership roles in East London since 1992, most recently as GP Senior Clinical Advisor to the COVID Vaccination Programme in the Boroughs from March 2021 to end December 2022 and as the London GP Specialist Advisor for the Enhanced Health in Care homes for NHS England since 2018.
May enjoys General Practice, the gym, cycling, skiing, and golfing.
