Medical Director (Primary and Integrated Care) of NHS England’s Workforce, Training and Education (WTE) Directorate (formerly Health Education England) with responsibility for GP/ Primary Care, Dentistry, Mental Health, Health Inequalities, and Wellbeing, and Freedom to Speak up Guardian.
Previously Director and Dean of Education and Quality (DEQ), Health Education England (HEE), Midlands and East and HEE Lead for Primary Care, prior to that the Postgraduate Dean East of England and before that GP Dean, East Midlands.
A GP, Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners, a Trustee and Council member and Provost of the Leicester Faculty.
