| Biography |
Sophie is an HCPC registered Dietitian. She has a wealth of knowledge and 9 years clinical experience within the NHS. Sophie specialised as a Paediatric Dietitian in 2016, and this is where her passion lies. She gained 3 years’ experience at the Evelina Children’s Hospital covering different clinical areas within Paediatrics, including Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, and the Specialist Allergy service, supporting children with oral, enteral and parenteral nutrition. Sophie’s current position is as a ‘Senior Paediatric Gastroenterology Dietitian’ at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. In this role she sees patients with gastrointestinal conditions including food allergies, reflux, diarrhoea, constipation, faltering growth, nutritional deficiencies, and intestinal failure. An important part of her job is working with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to support patients and their families.
