| Biography |
Toby is a GP partner in North Yorkshire and has 15 years experience working as a GPwER in Musculoskeletal Medicine across various MSK interface services. Toby also worked in rheumatology as a junior doctor and clinical assistant. Toby is a long-standing member of the Primary Care Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Medicine society. Alongside his NHS work Toby has experience of working an volunteering in amateur and semi-professional rugby as a team medic.
As a NASS champion in primary care Toby aims to engage, educate and empower his local primary care teams and their patient populations in earlier identification of Axial SpA. Toby also wants to improve engagement with secondary care providers to streamline axial SpA referral pathways.
