  • Really reminder of the various tests to do to confirm or exclude different diagnosis in shoulder pain.

  • Great overview of shoulder pathology. As with most of MSK the limit of therapy appears to be NSAIDS, steroid injection, physio and ideally remaining under the age of 50 however great overview of the underlying mechanics.

  • x-ray for acute rotator cuff injury is indicated and can show humeral bony fragment.
