| Biography |
Caroline Shulman is a clinician and researcher in Homeless and Inclusion Health. She is co-clinical lead in the Homeless Health Programme at Transformation Partners in Health and Care (TPHC). Prior to this she was a GP in a homeless practice and clinical lead in a multidisciplinary hospital-based homelessness team. Caroline is honorary senior lecturer at UCL and a senior clinical Pathway research fellow. Her research has helped identify and raise awareness of unmet palliative care needs and frailty among this multiply excluded population. This has led her to develop resources to help improve provision of multidisciplinary care for people experiencing homelessness. She has recently produced a short film ‘Less’ sharing moving stories from people with lived experience of homelessness. @carolineshulman
