Award winning Clinical Psychologist and qualified coach, with a specialism in Primary Care leadership, delivery and development. Team coach to PCNs, practices, the national Digital First Primary Care Team and the national Primary Care Transformation Team alongside other teams across the NHS. Author of ‘Leading Primary Care’, research interests in Primary Care innovation and whole team development. Regularly coaching GPs and Practice Managers with individual leadership and/or resilience needs.
22 years experience in NHS clinical practice, including digital innovation leadership and twice winner of the BMJ Innovation award. CEO of aimyourteam and www.project5.org (notforprofit) – a free NHS burnout prevention coaching service. Coached over 4,000 NHS staff in the last 3 years.
