Dr Ed Pooley is a GP with expertise in time management, patient communication, and managing ‘difficult conversations’. He has published a best-selling book on time management: Managing Time in Medicine: Developing Efficient Consulting in Primary Care, runs a successful Facebook group for health professionals and managers, and offers consultancy to primary care surgeries on handling complaints effectively, improving team work, and managing patient expectations.
