For over 15 years, Gavin has been a Product Specialist at TPP, a journey which started in the NHS spending the first part of his career in General Practice. Throughout his tenure, he has worked across a wide spectrum of settings spanning the different stages of the software deployment from pre-implementation, implementation, and stabilisation both in the UK and abroad.
His role has given a true insight into what you should expect from a supplier. Having a clinical system which is a tool to enable clinicians to perform their job more efficiently is key to any healthcare solution. Along with the key principles of software development revolving around user-centric design.
