| Biography |
Goubran is a GP working in Patterdale Lodge Group Practice in St Helens. He is a GP trainer and Palliative Care lead in his practice. In addition to this, he works as GPsWI in ENT for St. Helens and Knowsley NHS Trust. He holds a MRCS and a Diploma in ENT and a master’s degree in ENT.
