| Biography |
Jo is the Health and Wellbeing Coach for Leamington PCN. She is qualified in Integrated Health and Nutrition Coaching, and has a PhD in Health Sciences with almost 20 years\’ experience in health behaviour research. Her passion is seeing people live life to their full potential, with health and wellbeing being at the heart of this. She works alongside a Lifestyle GP to deliver Lifestyle Clinics and activity sessions such as Run Talk Run and Swim Together, as well as delivers one-to-one health coaching to patients. She is a qualified UK Athletics \”Leader in Running Fitness\”. @DrJFlem
