| Biography |
Professor Justin Davies is Professor of Paediatric Endocrinology at the University of Southampton, UK. He is Head of Department at the Regional Centre for Paediatric Endocrinology at Southampton Children’s Hospital. His research interests include growth and imprinting disorders (Silver-Russell syndrome and Temple syndrome), secondary osteoporosis and differences of sex development (DSD). He Co-Chairs the British Society of Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes Growth Disorders Special Interest Group. He is a medical advisor to the Child Growth Foundation – the main UK patient support group for children with growth disorders; he also supports the MAGIC foundation (patient support group USA) . He chairs the international – DSD care quality committee.
