Dr Leila Dehghan is a doctor who transitioned into the fields of nutrition and personal training. With a medical degree from the University of Vienna and an internship in the UK, her medical career was curtailed due to debilitating migraines. However, her life took a transformative turn when she discovered the healing potential of a whole food plant-based diet and made lifestyle adjustments to overcome her migraines. This experience shifted her professional interests.
To expand her knowledge and expertise, Dr Dehghan pursued a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell, a division of Cornell University. Additionally, she earned a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from University College London with distinction.
As an educator, Dr Dehghan remains dedicated to promoting a holistic approach to health by emphasising the crucial role of diet and lifestyle changes.
